About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python GCP Developer to design, develop, and support cloud-based applications and data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, cloud-native technologies, SQL, and data engineering. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, developing robust data pipelines, optimizing system performance, and delivering high-quality cloud solutions that support business and analytics requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain cloud-native applications using Python and Google Cloud Platform.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
- Build and support data solutions leveraging GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer.
- Develop reusable Python modules, APIs, and backend services to support business applications.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data processing and reporting requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud applications, data pipelines, and GCP infrastructure.
- Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, engineering best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
- Support CI/CD processes and automated deployment practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in software development, cloud applications, or data engineering.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Expertise in BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer.
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets.
- Experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines and cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems concepts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
