The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join our Production team in Māngere. You’ll take ownership of stock control within the Intermediates Area, helping keep stock accurate, organised and production running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams.
Hours of work: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
You’ll be practical, organised and comfortable working in a busy production environment. You’ll have a strong eye for detail, understand the importance of accurate stock control and be happy getting stuck in when needed.

Responsibilities
- Manage FIFO and stock rotation across the Intermediates Area
- Complete regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records and documentation
- Coordinate stock movements and keep packing and mixing lines supplied
- Monitor expired, rejected or damaged stock and arrange inspection or disposal
- Monitor bulk bags and stock levels
- Maintain strong housekeeping, food safety and GMP standards
- Support packing and production activities when required
You’ll be practical, organised and comfortable working in a busy production environment. You’ll have a strong eye for detail, understand the importance of accurate stock control and be happy getting stuck in when needed.
You'll bring:
- Previous stock control, dispatch, receiving or shipping experience, ideally within FMCG
- Good understanding of FIFO and stock rotation
- Confident forklift operating skills
- Current forklift licence, including reach and counterbalance
- Computer skills – comfortable using MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A reliable, positive and hands-on approach
