Hybrid working: 2 days in office
Premium hospitality, brand activations at grand-prix circuits and international sporting events across three continents, and a project pipeline growing fast, the Event Project Manager role here runs on TOIL, hybrid flexibility and four to five international trips a year.
- TOIL policy: a full day back for midweek on-site, time back for weekend work
- Hybrid working: 2 days in office, the rest from home
- Four to five international trips per year included in the role
- Growing account with an expanding project pipeline
- 25 days holiday
The Company
A boutique experiential agency specialising in premium sports hospitality and brand activation, operating on a long-term contract for one of the most recognised global brands in its sector. Creative, account and production disciplines all sit in-house, which means projects move fast and collaboration is genuine. The business is growing on the back of that single relationship, with demand consistently ahead of capacity, and an experienced Event Project Manager will find real autonomy from day one.
The Role
This Event Project Manager role sits on the agency's largest account, taking independent ownership of individual projects across premium hospitality, international brand activations, consumer pop-ups and sporting partnerships, from initial planning through to on-site delivery.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of standalone projects within a major international account
- Manage supplier liaison, scheduling and financial administration across each project
- Monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables, flagging risks early
- Coordinate venue liaison, load-in and load-out logistics
- Maintain stakeholder communication, status documents and client call prep
- Attend on-site internationally, with up to one week per trip
The Candidate
The right Event Project Manager have owned standalone events from brief to delivery without close supervision, bringing genuine project accountability across supplier management, budget monitoring and on-site leadership. If that describes you, this is a role worth moving quickly on.
A background in hospitality or luxury events is beneficial but not essential, as is experience on international sporting events or large-scale consumer activations. Familiarity with project planning tools such as Planner or SmartSheets is a bonus. Adjacent backgrounds are welcomed where the core delivery experience is there.
TOIL for every on-site day, hybrid working, an international project pipeline and genuine day-to-day autonomy all sit alongside a 25-day holiday allowance. First interviews are being lined up this week, so get your application in now before the role is filled.
