About the role

The Lake Mahinapua Hotel is a small hotel that covers restaurant service, general hotel duties such as grounds keeping and housekeeping, and hosts weddings and corporate functions, plus regular party nights a few times a week. This is a hands-on leadership role where you lead by example and muck in wherever you're needed. One day that's reception, the next it's kitchen support, general maintenance, housekeeping or front of house. As the team builds, you might settle into one or two areas that suit you best, when possible.

About you

• Strong work ethic and happy to get stuck into physical work

• Proactive mindset - you see what needs doing and you get it done

• Reliable - you show up on time and ready to work

• Comfortable switching between departments

• Valid working rights in New Zealand required

• Experience is valued, but all applications will be considered
