About our role
We are now looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Head of Residential Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies for residential development in Hong Kong, China and Overseas, with focus on advertising, publicity, exhibition and showflat design and production coordination. He / She is also required to liaise with external consultants / contractors, various agencies as well as internal parties for the design and construction of showflat, sales offices and related materials. He / She will work in Hong Kong with occasional business travel subject to the project needs.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have
- Degree in marketing or business-related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a marketing related field such as advertising, public relations or event management, preferably in property industry. Overseas marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong organisational ability and supervisory skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors
- Business travel is required
