We are looking for a Cloud Specialist to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Salary range: up to 48.100€ annual gross.

Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field;
- Several years of proven experience as a Cloud Engineer operating within complex enterprise programs and microservices architectures;
- Strong hands-on expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments, cloud migration, and cloud security best practices;
- Solid experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform;
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK); serverless architecture experience is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols, cloud security solutions, and virtualization technologies;
- Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and optimizing automated CI/CD build and deployment pipelines;
- Strong background in system troubleshooting, performance tuning, high availability, scalability, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery;
- Software development background in Java is a plus;
- AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are considered a plus;
- Good verbal and written English communication skills; availability for occasional travel abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Design and architect cloud solutions for client-facing applications migrating to AWS cloud environments;
- Design, build, and optimize automated tools, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to support platform deployment and management;
- Recommend continuous architectural and process improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and security;
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across platform, network, and application domains, ensuring high availability and monitoring;
- Implement best-in-class cloud security solutions to protect critical infrastructure and maintain compliance;
- Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure teams on application migrations while acting as a technical enabler and mentor for other developers.
