Compensation: $21.00 per hour
Job Site Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Temporary

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide hands-on training to warehouse and fulfillment employees.
Demonstrate proper procedures for assigned equipment, workflows, and systems.
Support onboarding and job-specific training for new employees.
Explain standard operating procedures and workplace safety expectations.
Observe trainees performing assigned tasks and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate training records and completion documentation.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend refresher training.
Coordinate with supervisors to support operational training needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience providing employee training, coaching, or hands-on instruction in a technical, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Ability to clearly explain work procedures and demonstrate job tasks.
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to evaluate employee understanding and provide useful feedback.
Basic computer skills for maintaining training documentation.
Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a technical trainer, warehouse trainer, lead, or operations trainer.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems or automated equipment.
Experience developing training materials or instructional guides.
Familiarity with workplace safety training and operational procedures.
