About the role

We are seeking experienced machine operators with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, joinery or similar industries. Experience with machinery such as Beam Saws, Edgebanders, CNC Machines, Panel Saws or other industrial production equipment will be advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machinery to meet daily production targets.

• Setting up machines and adjusting settings to suit job specifications.

• Measuring, cutting and processing materials accurately.

• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

• Identifying machine faults and reporting maintenance requirements.

• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

• Working collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.

About you

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Background in furniture manufacturing, cabinetry or joinery is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach.

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or in a team.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
