Imagine combining your passion for education with the opportunity to live and work in Timor-Leste.
Based in Baucau, you will partner with Instituto Católica Para a Formação de Professores (ICFP), a respected teacher-training institution that helps develop the next generation of teachers across the country.

ICFP already has a Moodle learning platform in place and is looking for support to strengthen staff confidence and capability in creating engaging online learning resources and delivering blended learning programmes.

This assignment is about mentoring, coaching, and capability building, helping local educators develop the skills and confidence to independently manage and grow their online learning platform long after your assignment ends.

  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Confidence working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
