We're growing and are looking for an Aluminium Fabricator / Welder to join our team. You’ll be involved in manufacturing and assembling aluminium architectural products, including balustrades, screens, louvres, façade systems and bespoke metalwork. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety from fabrication through to the finished result.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture, weld and assemble aluminium architectural products and systems.
Read and interpret workshop drawings, fabrication details and production schedules.
Measure, cut, machine and glaze aluminium components as required.
Assist with site installations, final adjustments and defect rectification.
Prepare, load, unload and deliver materials for upcoming projects.
Complete photographic quality checks and upload required documentation to company systems.
Maintain a clean, organised workshop and use tools and equipment safely.
Any other duties usually associated with a Fabricator / Welder.
What we’re looking for:
Essential
Experience with the fabrication of aluminium products.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Practical skills and confidence working with workshop tools and machinery.
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
A commitment to health and safety.
Desirable
Aluminium welding experience would be an advantage.
CNC machine programming experience.
EWP, forklift, or working-at-heights certification.
Class 2 licence.
