Michelin starred dining group is looking for Restaurant GM to join their team for the opening!
 
Qualifications:

• Experience working in a 2- or 3-Michelin-starred restaurant is a must.
• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in high-end fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of tasting menus, elevated service standards, and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, budgeting, and profitability.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team while maintaining Michelin-level service standards.
• Work closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver seamless service and consistent execution.
• Manage labor, budgets, and operational costs while driving profitability.
• Build strong guest relationships and deliver personalized, attentive service.
• Help establish the restaurant's reputation and support its goal of achieving two Michelin stars.
