About Banbury Park Care Centre 

Banbury Park Care Centre, part of Qestral Corporation Limited, is a leader in new-generation retirement living. Located in Halswell, Christchurch, our 61-bed care centre offers state-of-the-art rest home and hospital-level care, including palliative and respite services. We also have a specialised 20-bed dementia facility.

About the role – Mo te Turanga
In this role you will ensure the smooth running of the care centre’s operations, supporting the facility and clinical nurse managers. Engaging with residents and staff within the village’s overall direction supporting the village’s operations.

This role is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 3.00pm.
There will never be a dull day at Banbury Park, as every day is full of variety for our residents and our staff!

About you - Nga Korero Mou

·         You are organised and highly motivated, discreet, and diplomatic.

·         Administration and reception experience

·         Strong ability to relate to others, friendly and approachable.

·         Be able to work well under pressure and confidence to work alone.

·         Accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Have excellent communication skills, can you think on your feet

·         Excellent computer skills with the ability to work across various software packages

·         You want to be a valued team member and can offer a high standard of service and support for our residents

·         You can share in our core values - O Tatou Uara of Collaboration, Compassion, Vision, Excellence working effectively with people from a range of different cultures.
