About the Role

We're on the hunt for an experienced, hands-on Aluminium Fabricator to join a busy team in Paraparaumu. With the busy season approaching, we're looking for an experienced fabricator to help with the assembly and glazing of aluminium windows and doors help keep up with increasing production demands.

This role will primarily involve assembling and glazing aluminium windows and doors. The successful applicant will have solid aluminium joinery experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling aluminium window and door frames.
• Glazing aluminium joinery.
• Assisting with general fabrication and workshop duties.
• Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail.
• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, a fully qualified joiner with a minimum of 3-4 years' aluminium joinery experience.
• Practical experience in aluminium assembly and glazing.
• A reliable, motivated attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Standard working week of 40 hours, with up to 44 hours required during busier periods.
