About the role

We are looking for an energetic Property Manager to join our team in Palmerston North at the beginning of 2027. You will manage your portfolio of properties as if they were your own. Watson Integrity is a regional property management agency with offices across the lower North Island providing quality rental services to the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties

• Work with a close-knit team of professionals

• Demonstrate conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

• Provide exceptional customer focus with sensitive and practical service

• Approach day-to-day tasks with careful and methodical practice

About you

• Property Management experience is preferred

• Strong work ethic

• Exceptional customer focus

• Computer savvy and willing to learn new software

• Clean current driver's license is essential

• Eligible to work in New Zealand
