Job Advert Summary

We are seeking a senior legal innovation leader to drive the firm’s technology-enabled transformation objectives and deliver measurable business impact. This is a leadership role with direct accountability for solution architecture direction, project delivery and adoption, but excludes day-to-day operational IT, which is managed by the Head of IT. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, adoption and ROI of technology solutions across the firm.

Central to this role is a data-first philosophy, ensuring that data accuracy, accessibility and governance underpin every initiative, while transforming how work is performed through system integration, automation and emerging technologies such as AI, generative AI and agentic AI. A critical deliverable is the integration of the firm’s case management, document management and financial management systems to enable seamless data flow and a coherent source of truth.

The successful individual will work in a highly collaborative, partner-led environment, influencing stakeholders across all levels to deliver meaningful, adopted change. Solutions are regarded as complete only when users have adopted them and the internal IT team can independently maintain, enhance and support them.
