We are seeking a driven Intermediate Accountant to join a growing, supportive team in Christchurch.

Key responsibilities
- Preparing GST returns and ensuring compliance obligations are met.
- Processing payroll for clients.
- Preparing income tax returns.
- Preparing financial statements and reports.
- Assisting clients with proactive tax management and planning.
- Meeting with clients, building strong relationships, and providing practical business advice
- Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience
- Technical Skill: Solid understanding of business taxation (GST, PAYG) and proficiency
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and translate technical compliance requirements easily.
- Approach: Strong time management skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward ongoing professional development.
