Reporting to the GM Procurement, this is an opportunity for a senior leader in procurement to lead, coach and develop a high performing team of procurement professionals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Set strategic direction across operations, systems, and technology categories.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Develop and execute category strategies
• maintain a visible pipeline of opportunities across the procurement lifecycle
• Lead negotiations, sourcing and commercial strategies for complex procurement
• Deliver measurable results

About you:

• Minimum 10 years experience in procurement, supply chain or strategic sourcing
• Development and execution of category and procurement strategies in a complex environment
• Strong commercial, negotiation and contract management capability
• Outstanding stakeholder management
• Can translate organisational strategy in to clear commercial priorities
• Experience with SAP ERP, Procure to Pay or Source to Contract environments
