We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to work alongside the Orchard Manager and take ownership of daily orchard operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll turn plans into action, coordinate people and resources, maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

- Manage seasonal and permanent team members
- Allocate labour, machinery and resources to meet production targets
- Monitor quality, productivity and orchard performance
- Coordinate contractors and ensure work is completed to standard
- Support a strong culture of health, safety and accountability
- Identify issues early and provide practical operational feedback to management

- Proven operational leadership experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
- The ability to plan, organise and adapt in a seasonal environment
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- Sound understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements
- A current driver's licence
