• Selected candidates will be extensively trained on processes across factory and will be assigned responsibilities suitably.
  
• Perform departmental duties as assigned within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 60% of marks with no arrears).
  
• 0 to 1 year of experience (2025 & 2026 Passed-Out preferred).
  
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (such as 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination)
  
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word).
  
• Good communication in English and Tamil.
  
• Willing to work at Pollachi.
