Catalina Social Club is coming to Catalina Bay, Hobsonville Point — a waterfront venue with a Mediterranean menu and an Asian twist, indoor and outdoor dining, opening November.

CSC is proud to be part of Hao Good Group, the hospitality powerhouse behind iconic Auckland and Wellington venues like Mr. Hao, Lucky 8, Jungle 8, and Lucky 8 Wellington. Known for creating high-energy, vibrant dining and social experiences, Hao Good Group is now bringing its signature passion and operations to Hobsonville Point.

Our Venue Manager's on board, and we're now building the rest of the floor and kitchen around them.

We need great people across the front of house and back of house — Baristas, Bartenders and Waitstaff. Full-time, Part-time and casual.

Not sure which role you'd nail? Neither do we yet — that's what the process is for. Send your CV, we'll have a chat, and if it's looking good, we'll invite you in for a voluntary trial shift so you can see the work and we can see you in it.

One catch worth explaining: Catalina isn't open yet, so there's no floor to trial you on. Here's the fix — we already run Lucky 8, Jungle 8 and Mr Hao across Auckland and Wellington, so your trial will happen on one of those floors instead. Catalina's service style will be more hands-on than our other venues, even with QR ordering still in play, but the trial is where we get to see how you handle a floor and a team, and that carries across.
