1.        Make Zero based budgets for revenue and capital items based on plant, business, safety, reliability and legal/ statutory requirements for Civil & infra jobs

2.        Undertake preventive maintenance jobs as per plan in the factory and company residential quarters

3.        To ensure planning, execution and monitoring of shutdown activities safely & timely within the defined budget

4.        Make replacement plans for structures,  painting for structures and equipment's based on life cycle evaluation

5.        Make necessary changes in the Processes for improvement and organization needs for reliability & sustainability

6.        Adherence to requirement of ISOs & other processes in practice in the organization

7.        Adherence of all applicable legal and statutory compliance in time

8.        Competency and capability evaluation of contractors associated for civil & Infra activities
