Sails Software Inc. is seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead complex Agentic AI and enterprise software programs in dynamic, client-facing environments. The role requires 15+ years of overall experience, strong hands-on expertise in solution design and architecture, and 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. The Delivery Manager will own delivery outcomes, client relationships, technical governance, team performance, and the successful transition of AI solutions from discovery through production

·        Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Agentic AI, Generative AI, and enterprise software programs.

·        Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery commitments.

·        Serve as the primary delivery partner for client executives, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering leaders.

·        Translate business objectives into executable delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

·        Provide hands-on oversight of solution design, architecture, integration patterns, and technical decisions.

·        Establish delivery governance, quality controls, architecture reviews, and escalation mechanisms.

·        Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, technical leads, data specialists, and quality engineers.

·        Drive predictable execution while adapting to changing client priorities and evolving technical requirements.

·        Oversee POCs, MVPs, production deployments, operational readiness, and post-production support.

·        Monitor solution quality, scalability, reliability, security, cost, and client satisfaction.

Support pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimation, staffing plans, and delivery transition for new engagements.
