Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Operations Manager based in India to Support a US- based Investment Management business. This role would lead all aspects of Client Operations (both Distribution Operations and Business Implementation) including execution of core operations functions across asset classes while partnering closely with US stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day management cross functions, to ensure accurate and timely processing, reporting and overall efficiency. Additionally, this candidate will foster strong collaboration across other areas supporting Investment Management functions. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking team member and strong operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about optimizing workflows with AI and automation. This role is critical in advancing the transition from tasked based offshore support to end-to-end workflow ownership.

 

Roles & Responsibility:

Knowledge of Transfer Agent functions

Ensure processing is accurate and efficient

Oversee the day- to-day functions across Client Operations teams in India

Monitor trade status, identify exceptions, and drive timely resolution with internal and external parties.

Proactively coordinate cross departments to drive change

 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. CFA/FRM or equivalent professional certification is a plus.

 

Primary Skill:

AI/Automation Mindset: Track record of leveraging AI, RPA, or machine learning to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.

 

Secondary Skill:

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
