Hi! We are expanding our sport retention team due to an increase in the number of products and workload. We are looking for a proactive specialist who will help our lead develop promo activities to retain sports players on the product.

The Goal & Expected Results:
Assisting the lead in developing promo activities to retain sports players on the product.
We expect the employee to be an independent unit in the team who can propose new ideas regarding the development of the sport retention direction.
You will take responsibility for the steady growth of the sports GGR share in the total revenue of the company.

Main Responsibilities

Supplementing the existing promo plan with new activities.
Creating campaigns for bonus accruals in customer.io.
Checking for correct operation according to the initial idea of the campaign.

Requirements for our ideal candidate

Values Match: You are truly "in the loop" and understand the difference between a player who bets on the English Premier League and a player who bets on table tennis. You know exactly when the Champions League final will take place and when the season in the Portuguese Primeira Liga starts. (Note: Not knowing how sports betting works at all is a red flag for us).
Experience: 1. 5 years of experience minimum.
Hard skills (critical): Fluent in CRM tools (customer.io, smartico, betby, etc.).
Hard skills (desired): Practical experience working with communication channels (SMS, Email, messengers) and strong analytical skills (Excel, BI-systems).
Soft skills: Attention to detail, focus, creativity, and the ability to think like a sports player. Stress resistance is highly desired.
