Lead a business-critical transformation that will reshape how a complex organisation operates across payroll, billing, operational systems and unified operating structure. This is a rare opportunity to own an integrated programme spanning multiple entities, systems and vendors, with a single, high-impact go-live and clear success measures. You will be the central point of coordination, driving delivery in a lean, highly engaged team.
About the Role
Working on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2027, you will lead an integrated transformation programme covering Payroll & Billing, CRM/ATS implementation and the amalgamation of 17 employing entities into four, targeting a dual date go-live, followed by a structured hypercare period.
The role owns the end-to-end programme plan and delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilisation, ensuring milestones, dependencies, critical path and resources remain aligned across systems, people and entities. You will coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders, establish clear accountabilities and timely decision-making, and oversee programme governance, status reporting, risks, issues and escalation pathways. You will also manage programme budget and commercial arrangements, tracking spend, benefits and contractual obligations across multiple vendors.
A key focus will be driving cutover planning and execution for go-live, ensuring reconciled, auditable data and operational readiness across all entities. You will monitor performance against agreed success measures, provide transparent reporting on progress, risks and remediation, and lead a controlled hypercare period before transition to business-as-usual. Working within a lean internal team, you will operate as a hands-on delivery lead alongside an Implementation, Data & Test Lead and an existing Process / Change / L&D Lead to drive successful business outcomes.
Key Requirements
If you are a pragmatic, delivery-focused programme leader who thrives on complex, multi-stakeholder transformations, this role offers a significant opportunity to make a lasting impact. Apply now to lead this critical programme through a successful go-live and transition to business-as-usual.
