We currently have fantastic opportunity for passionate retailers to join our new store at Auckland International Airport in Casual capacity as Sales Associate. 

You will have the opportunity to represent various Iconic brands across fashion.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable customer experiences, bringing our world-class brands to life for travelers from across the globe. You'll drive sales through exceptional service, build genuine connections with customers, and confidently share your product expertise to help them find the perfect purchase. As a proud ambassador for Heinemann and our luxury brand partners, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every interaction makes a lasting impression.

As a Sales Associate you will

• Efficiently and smartly transact, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits

• Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs

• Show a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm in all interactions with customers

• Be able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs

• Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand and Heinemann requirements

• Work collaboratively as part of a team, showing team spirit and actively working well with other team members

What you should bring along

• Previous retail experience

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

• A proactive attitude

• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to perform well under pressure

• Is enthusiastic, has high energy levels and is passionate about the product

• Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential
