Production Team Lead (Business process support)

Centro is seeking a Business Process Support (BPS) team member to provide hands-on leadership and support to our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with production experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, maintaining quality, and keeping production moving safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to manufacturing Associates.
- Coordinate work across multiple production work centers and help maintain production flow.
- Assign finishing and inspection responsibilities and ensure quality requirements are followed.
- Support safety, quality, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Facilitate shift handoffs and help coordinate staffing and coverage.
- Monitor production processes, reporting, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Help ensure established manufacturing processes, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards are followed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach and develop team members and build a positive, productive team environment.
- Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment; rotational molding, forklift, welding, or cutting torch experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
