About the role

The Vet Clinic Wairarapa is looking for an experienced Mixed-Practice Veterinarian to join our team part-time. We're a rural mixed practice with a diverse client base, including companion animals, sheep and beef farms, and lifestyle blocks. You'll work across a range of veterinary services, from production animal calls and farm visits to companion animal care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care for companion animals

• Conduct farm visits and production animal calls

• Support new and recent graduates on the team with your experience and knowledge

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment where colleagues can seek your input and guidance

About you

• Experienced veterinarian

• Willingness to work across mixed-practice services

• Good sense of humour, open-minded, and adaptable

• Values looking after yourself and your colleagues

• Willing to participate in an after-hours roster

Renumeration is based on experience and hours agreed upon
