About the Role
Based in Auckland CBD, this senior opportunity offers leadership across high-profile restructuring, insolvency, and corporate finance engagements. You will manage complex assignments end-to-end, advise clients through periods of change and uncertainty, and play a key role in developing people, relationships, and the broader advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restructuring and formal insolvency engagements
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, modelling, and valuation insights
- Oversee staff, stakeholders, and workstreams across complex assignments
- Support corporate finance, M&A, and independent review engagements
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to market and network growth
- 4+ years’ experience in restructuring, insolvency, or corporate advisory
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or law
- CA or CFA qualification or equivalent
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop junior staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, commercially astute, and personable
- Confident managing senior stakeholders in complex environments
