About: Based in beautiful Queenstown where fun and adventure exists all year round, Fergburger started as a hole in a wall down a hard to find alley in 2001. About the Role:
Prepare raw food to established specifications and recipes for Fergburger.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing raw food - meats, fish, sauces, relishes, vegetables
- Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
- Weighing and measuring ingredients
- Cleaning equipment and food prep areas
- Correct reporting and adhering to food safety standards
- Adhering to Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
- 6 months of relevant experience
- Must be available to work day shifts from 6am
- Work full time hours , (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Friendly and a can do attitude
- Work in a fast pace environment
- Be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team
