A flexible GP opportunity within an established, supportive Christchurch practice.
We are looking for a General Practitioner to join our experienced team at Normans Road Surgery in Christchurch.
With flexibility to work between 0.4 and 0.8 FTE, this is an opportunity to find a working arrangement that suits you while continuing to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will be joining an established practice with a loyal patient community, experienced clinicians and a supportive team environment. Our preferred days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, with hours and working arrangements open to discussion for the right candidate.

About the Role
You will:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred general practice care.
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term health conditions.
- Provide preventative healthcare, screening and health promotion.
- Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients and their whānau.
- Work collaboratively with experienced GPs, nurses and the wider healthcare team.
- Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

- Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate, or eligibility for registration.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
