# Assembly Electrician – Panel Wiring

## Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Assembly Electrician – Panel Wiring** with strong hands-on experience in control panel wiring and electrical assembly. The candidate will be responsible for panel assembly, machine wiring, reading electrical drawings, component installation, testing, and basic troubleshooting.

## Key Responsibilities
- Perform wiring and assembly of electrical control panels as per electrical layouts and wiring diagrams.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.
- Mount and wire electrical components such as **MCBs, relays, contactors, PLCs, drives, terminal blocks, and sensors**.
- Carry out cable routing, glanding, ferruling, crimping, and termination.
- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing of panels.
- Support machine wiring, installation, and electrical commissioning at customer sites when required.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical and wiring-related issues.
- Ensure wiring and assembly meet required quality and safety standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization in the electrical assembly area.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to complete assemblies as per project requirements.

## Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in **Electrical or Electronics Engineering**.
- **4–6 years of hands-on experience** in control panel wiring and electrical assembly.
- Good knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring drawings, and SLDs.
- Experience with **industrial control panels, automation panels, or machine wiring**.
- Hands-on experience with crimping, cutting, drilling, cable termination, and electrical testing tools.
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Preferred Skills
- Exposure to **PLC, HMI, and VFD/drive wiring**.
- Experience with Siemens, Schneider or similar electrical/automation components.
- Experience in **SPM, automation, or industrial machinery**.
- Knowledge of field wiring and machine installation.
- Exposure to electrical commissioning and troubleshooting.
