Be Part of Something Special
Imagine starting your day by guiding patients through their journey to better vision, from initial inquiry through to scheduling their surgical procedures. As our Sales & Booking Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in connecting patients with life-changing treatments, managing theatre bookings, and driving patient conversions with a proactive, sales-minded approach. Your contributions will directly impact our clinic's success and help patients see the world in a whole new way.
A Day in the Life:
Your week will be a dynamic mix of patient consultation, theatre scheduling, and structured administrative management. Your role will involve:
Theatre Booking & Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate and book patients into operating theatre lists. Manage surgical schedules with meticulous attention to detail, liaising with surgical staff, patients, and hospital facilities to ensure optimal clinic flow and capacity utilisation.
Consultative Sales & Patient Conversion: Actively engage with prospective patients, presenting treatment options and surgical pathways with confidence and empathy. Adopt a proactive sales attitude to follow up on inquiries, convert consultations into procedure bookings, and drive practice growth.
Structured Administrative Operations: Maintain highly organised administrative systems using Google Workspace and cloud-based practice software. Ensure patient files, surgical consent forms, and billing details are accurately processed and kept structured at all times.
Proactive Patient Relationship Management: Proactively reach out to patients post-consultation to address questions, clarify procedure details, assist with booking logistics, and provide exceptional support throughout their care journey.
What We're Looking For:
Prior ophthalmology or healthcare setting experience is helpful, but not essential—we are happy to train the right candidate!
A strong sales mindset with proven ability to convert patient inquiries into scheduled procedures through consultative, empathetic communication.
Exceptional organisational skills and a highly structured approach to managing high-volume schedules, theatre lists, and patient documentation.
A proactive, energetic, and goal-driven attitude, taking initiative to follow up with patients and streamline workflow processes.
IT and tech savviness is a definite bonus.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software would be advantageous but not essential.
