Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for our next admin superstar - someone organised, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent care alongside our welcoming admin and clinical team.
This is a part-time position (minimum 34.5 hours per week), across our Albany and Northcare clinics. You’ll work a varied roster across early, midday and late shifts, so we value flexibility across the week.
As a valued member of our administration team, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients, practitioners and the general public. Your contribution will help ensure smooth service delivery to our patients, and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What You Will Bring
We are seeking a friendly, team-oriented individual committed to delivering a high standard of client care. The ideal candidate will have previous reception or administration experience, with experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting highly regarded but not essential.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, and confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.
