Initial 12-month maternity leave cover

Position is on site in our Clare branch. This is not a remote position.

This role sits right where our office administration meets our systems and data, so it will suit someone who enjoys both. Part of your week will be spent on the daily administration that keeps a busy dealership running, and part of it on the IT, systems, reporting and data that help us run it better.

You'll deliver proactive reporting and analysis, identify opportunities to improve performance, and recommend practical solutions that maximise the value of WSB's technology investment. Your data and business insights will support informed decision-making across the organisation.

As our subject matter expert and primary point of contact for systems, platforms and supporting business processes, you'll work across all departments to provide hands-on training, technical support and

What your days will look like

  • General administration and office support, pitching in across the business as we all do

  • Looking after our core systems, platforms and supplier portals

  • Putting together reporting and analysis that helps the team make better decisions

  • Spotting and implementing process improvements

  • Coordinating IT and technology requests, equipment and vendors

  • Travelling to our branches to support and upskill the wider team

What we’re looking for

  • Solid administration skills and ability

  • Strong systems and reporting capability

  • A practical approach to problem-solving

  • Genuine interest in using technology and data to improve our ways of working

  • Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in across the business

  • Ideally, a relevant degree or substantial experience in a similar systems, data or technology-focused role

You do not need years of IT experience to apply. If you are studying in IT, business systems or data, or you are early in your career and looking for a role where you can build real skills across both administration and technology, we would like to hear from you. Equally, if you have come from an administration background and have become the person everyone asks for help with systems, IT and spreadsheets, we are interested in hearing from you.

Experience in an agricultural dealership or related industry will be highly regarded, particularly if you have worked with supplier portals such as AGCO or Yamaha, or with Salesforce or another CRM platform.

WSB Distributors has been built on the belief that the right people, looked after properly, build something great together. We'd love for you to be part of that.
