Korbond Industries is a wholesale general merchandise distributor supplying a wide range of products to around 2,000 grocery and other retail stores across New Zealand. We’re a close-knit team that works together to get the job done, and we value people who take pride in their work.

About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Storeperson to keep our warehouse running smoothly and our customers’ orders moving.

What you’ll do

• Receive and process LCL shipments;

• Accurately record all stock movements, including transfers, write-offs and specials;

• Keep picking aisles fully stocked for our picker/packers;

• Pick and pack DSD customer orders accurately and on time;

• Repackage products as needed;

• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, including daily rubbish collection;

• Assist with regular stocktakes and our annual stocktake;

• Take part in our annual Korbond Christmas Sale;

• Build good relationships with couriers, transport operators, container drivers and waste/recycling providers;

• Help with showroom setup and changes, and sample removal and pack-up; and

• Support other tasks as reasonably requested

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)

• Reach forklift licence (preferred)

• Careful and accurate, with a good eye for detail

• Well organised and able to manage your time

• Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

• Fit, active and comfortable with physical work

• Must have the right to work in New Zealand
