About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our business, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from start to finish. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve drinks and food items where required.
Process customer payments using POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
About You
We're looking for people who:
Have previous experience in hospitality, food service, retail, cafés, restaurants, bars, or customer service environments.
Are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
Are flexible to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
