Residential Building Services provides nationwide marketing services to the Jennian Homes and Milestone Homes group home builders.  We’re now looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team in Tauranga. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised, and motivated marketer to build their experience in a varied, hands-on role.

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll help coordinate national and regional marketing activity across content, social media, websites, campaigns, franchise support, and reporting. You’ll play an important role in keeping activity accurate, consistent, on brand, and delivered on time.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, calendars, assets, promotions, and supporting collateral

• Create and schedule engaging social media, email, blog, and promotional content

• Keep website content, home plans, franchise pages, and listings current and accurate

• Support franchisees with approved marketing materials, content, listings, and campaign requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers, and compile regular marketing performance reports

 What you’ll bring

• A relevant tertiary qualification or 1 – 3 years of marketing experience

• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create clear, engaging content

• Experience with social media scheduling, email marketing, and website content management

• Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft 365, and digital reporting tools

• A highly organised, deadline-focused approach with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
