Part-Time Sales Assistant

We’re a family owned and operated business, passionate about customer service and handcrafted shoes and accessories sourced from around the globe. We also run our rapidly growing website from this location, adding to the dynamic energy of our store.

About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to join our team, working between 10–25 hours per week.
You will be helping customers find pieces they love, building lasting relationships with our loyal client base, assisting with day-to-day store operations and supporting our online business when required.
Availability Required
Saturday or Sunday each week, sometimes both to support the needs of the business
Weekday shifts as required
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed is an advantage
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
Have previous retail or customer service experience
Love working with people and creating meaningful customer connections
Enjoy styling, fashion and beautiful products
Take pride in delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
Are confident, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
Have strong initiative and can work independently when required
Are organised, reliable and willing to learn
Have experience with Lightspeed and/or Shopify (an advantage, but not essential)
