CYHB (Capture Your Heartbeat) is a vibrant and fast-growing fashion retail boutique based in Newmarket, Auckland. Known for our curated style and warm customer experience, we are now expanding our digital presence through live streaming and social commerce.

We are looking for an energetic, camera-confident Casual Live Stream & Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand both online and in-store!

The Role

This is a fun, hybrid role perfect for someone who loves fashion, loves people, and shines on camera. You will host our live-stream shopping sessions, connect with our online community, and provide exceptional service to our in-store customers. No experience needed — just the right attitude!

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Streaming Host: Be the face of CYHB on live broadcasts - present and demonstrate products, share styling tips, interact with viewers in real-time, and drive online sales.

• Customer Engagement: Create a warm, personal, and memorable shopping experience for both our online audience and in-store customers.

• Retail Operations: Support day-to-day store operations including product staging, stock replenishment, and maintaining a beautiful and tidy store presentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• On-Camera Confidence (Essential): You are naturally expressive, bubbly, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera. Genuine enthusiasm for live presenting is a must!

• Great Attitude & Willingness to Learn: No prior retail or live-streaming experience required. If you are hard-working, positive, and eager to learn, we will provide full training.

• Professional Presentation: You take pride in your appearance and can represent our fashion brand with a neat and professional image on and off camera.

• Strong Communication Skills: Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and a proactive team player with good English communication skills.
