About the role:

• Look after every customer who walks into the showroom
• Keep the showroom looking spotless and ready for visitors at all times
• Use a consultative approach to understand where each customer is in their buying journey and show the value of the product
• Follow up and progress qualified leads provided by Marketing, using the CRM
• Host showroom appointments and product demonstrations
• Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
• Attend trade shows, expos, and promotions to help grow the brand
• This is a full-time permanent position that requires weekend work

About you:

• You’ve sold higher-value products where customers take their time deciding, and you know how to guide them
• You’re at ease talking one-on-one and can read what a customer really wants
• You explain things clearly and make people feel confident about spending
• You present well and have a friendly, genuine personality
• You’re organised, reliable and do what you say you’ll do
• You’re resilient, competitive and always pushing for more
