The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a range of landscape construction and installation projects, helping turn concepts and plans into exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.
Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you'll be involved in every stage of project delivery, from site preparation through to the finishing touches that bring a landscape to life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver landscape construction and installation work to a high standard
Build and install landscape features including paving, retaining walls, garden edging, decking and outdoor living areas
Prepare sites for planting and landscape development
Install trees, shrubs, groundcovers and other planting in line with landscape plans
Manage client relationships throughout project delivery
Operate tools, machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, organised and professional worksites
Assist with material handling, site logistics and project preparation
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project milestones and deadlines
Contribute to a positive safety culture and follow all Health & Safety requirements
Represent Coastal & Co professionally when interacting with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering quality results.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Proven experience in landscaping (including hardscaping) and landscape construction
Experience using landscaping equipment and power tools
Solid knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs and garden design principles
A strong work ethic, physical fitness and willingness to get stuck in
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
A current driver's licence
A commitment to safe working practices
