At Pacific Health Group, our purpose is simple: to support people in their communities to optimise their health and live their best lives. As New Zealand's leading integrated provider of rehabilitation, workplace health, and wellbeing services, we operate a nationwide network of clinics and facilities that help thousands of Kiwis every year.
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of our national property portfolio and help ensure our people and clients have safe, functional, and sustainable environments in which to thrive.

- Leading property procurement activities and supplier contract management
- Driving sustainability initiatives and supporting our carbon reduction journey
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and property-related regulations
- Partnering with operational leaders to provide expert property advice and support
What you'll bring
- 7+ years' experience in property management across a multi-site portfolio
- Experience reviewing, interpreting, and managing lease agreements, property contracts, and legal documentation, with formal legal training or a relevant qualification highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of facilities management and building maintenance practices
- Procurement and supplier management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Sound commercial acumen and attention to detail
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Experience leading people and projects would be highly regarded
