Pearson Early Learning Center is searching for a part-time (0.07 FTE) Long Term Substitute (LTS) Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Teacher to join our amazing team of educators to address the diversity of needs and concerns parents may have. This LTS assignment will teach a Monday evening class from November 16, 2026 through January 11, 2027 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, and from Janaury 25, 2027 through May 10,2027 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

Job Summary:
Provide instruction in your content area in accordance with each student's ability, create a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth, establish effective working relationships with students, work collaboratively with other staff members.

Qualifications:

• Valid MN teaching license in Parent and Family Education or Early Childhood Education.
• Motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent group facilitation skills and knowledge of parent education and child development is crucial.
• Applicant should demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to use instructional strategies and technology.
• Prefer 2-3 years prior teaching experience.

Pay & Benefits Information:

• This is not a benefit-eligible position
• Daily rate ranges from $20.23 to $28.26 depending on education level
