Focus on inpatient Internal Medicine through a weekday schedule in a community teaching environment with specialty support.

Board Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Location: Berlin Area, Connecticut
Practice Setting: Community teaching hospital
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, eight-hour daytime shifts.
Support Staff / Resources: Subspecialists, nursing, case management, and interdisciplinary inpatient teams
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus incentives

What You Can Expect

Manage admissions, daily rounds, discharge planning, and communication with families and referring clinicians.
Work with nursing, case management, and specialist teams to support safe transitions of care.
Take part in Rapid Response when applicable, quality initiatives, committee work, and teaching or mentorship.

MD or DO
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
