We're looking for commission-only Business Development Managers to introduce great agents to The Network.
What you'll earn
$5,000 for every agent who joins
A further $5,000 when that agent's first sale goes through
No cap. Two agents a month is around $240k a year.
What you'll do
Start conversations with experienced agents who have out-grown the corporate brand
Show them the numbers: what they're paying now versus what they'd keep with us
Build your profile on LinkedIn, Facebook and short-form video as the go-to person for agents going independent
Manage your pipeline in our CRM, with marketing and tech support from our team
You'll be a great fit if you
Have real estate experience as an agent, sales manager, branch owner, franchise BDM, coach or industry supplier
Already have a strong network of agents in your area
Have an entrepreneurial mindset: you back yourself, you're driven by uncapped upside and you treat this like your own business
Are confident on social media and happy to put yourself out there

This role is commission only and is engaged as an independent contractor. It's built for entrepreneurs who back themselves, want uncapped upside and want to build something of their own, not someone looking for a salary.
