Typical Responsibilities
- Pick packing and order preparation
- General warehouse and production support
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Forklift operation (where licensed)
- Machine operation and monitoring
- Palletising, wrapping and dispatch preparation
- Stock movement and inventory support
- Quality checking and product inspection
- Following production schedules and workplace procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, production, logistics, or distribution
- Reliable and physically fit with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transport to and from work
Highly Regarded
- Forklift Licence and current OSH Certificate
- Machine operating experience
- Food manufacturing or FMCG experience
- RF scanning, dispatch, or inventory experience
- Proven experience working in fast-paced environments
