Business Development Manager – Industrial Electrical

The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth across the industrial electrical sector. You’ll identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and position EPD as the preferred partner for automation, controls, maintenance, and project delivery.
This role suits someone who understands industrial environments, communicates with confidence, and can translate operational needs into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business across industrial sectors
Build and grow long‑term client relationships
Develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders
Prepare tailored proposals and scopes aligned with technical requirements
Lead contract discussions and support commercial negotiations
Contribute to sales strategy and growth planning
Work closely with technical, project, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery
What You Bring
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven experience in business development or commercial roles
Ability to identify opportunities and close new business
Strategic thinking and market awareness
Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
Experience in industrial, electrical, or manufacturing environments (preferred)
