We are looking for a reliable, motivated and skilled CNC Machine Operator / Brake Press Operator to join our team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC machinery and brake press equipment.

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans and specifications.

• Setting up, adjusting and operating machinery to meet production requirements.

• Measuring, cutting, bending and shaping metal components to specified dimensions.

• Monitoring production processes to ensure accuracy and quality standards are maintained.

• Carrying out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery and/or brake presses.

• The ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.

• A good understanding of measurements, tolerances and metal fabrication processes.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• A reliable, punctual and positive attitude.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
