We love building this team; this is a great opportunity to join a commercially successful, community-facing, New Zealand wide business. If you are experienced in accounts processing and are known for your attention to detail and forensic ability to pick up anomalies, then this could be a great role to consider.
Driving Miss Daisy is recognised as the nationwide market leader in the companion driving sector - they are loved by many for their service and support across the country. Their highly effective franchise model operates in 85 different franchise territories from Invercargill to Kerikeri, with their head office based here in Havelock North. They have recently secured a significant contract with ACC and they want to expand their team to ensure they continue to meet their goal of administrative excellence. Their continued aspirations for the development and growth of their franchisees means that they rely increasingly on accurate data and quality analysis to help drive commercial performance for every franchise owner across the country.
Working closely with the Senior Data Analyst and reporting to the General Manager, your focus will be on the administration that sits around ACC invoicing across each of the franchises. This will include remittance reconciliation, processing franchisee-specific payment batches, franchisee compliance and reporting, as well as supporting with general accounts administration.
There is an exciting new system integration here, and ample scope to make this role your own. Competency with Excel and Xero will be crucial, and you must have the ability to read beyond the numbers and uncover anomalies and errors across sets of data. This role will see you engaging directly with ACC to query and resolve any issues. Importantly, you will bring a well-developed, inquisitive communication style, where you are not afraid to question how things are done.
If you have the required expertise and are keen to join a business that makes a significant difference empowering the lives of kiwis every day, then we would love to hear from you. Please apply directly through this portal, or for further information, call the team at Populous People for a confidential chat on 06 875 8446.
